Well, we made it to our next destination! We are staying outside of the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area on Pine Island. We vacationed here a couple years ago during our Florida RV trip. When we first arrived, they had us set up in the front of the campground, packed in with all the big rigs. Fran scoped out a couple spots this morning, and we moved to a quieter area. We are actually right next to where we were last time. Once set back up, we were relaxing outside when a woman pulled up on her scoot…with a super cute chihuahua on her lap. We talked for a bit and she said she’s coming back later so our dogs can hang out. Doggy play date!

The weather is gorgeous, with temps in the mid 70′s over the next few days. We will be staying here for about a week, visiting family and hitting the beaches. More to come soon…
